ICIAP2013 Registration

Registration is required for all participants and accompanying persons. To register to the conference, please fill the Registration Form and send it by email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. (1) The Regular Fee includes admittance to the main conference and all workshops and tutorials, proceedings, coffee breaks, welcome party, and gala dinner. At least one of the authors of Conference accepted papers must register for the Conference paying the Regular Fee. According to IAPR's policy, should an author have more than one paper accepted, only one registration is required for publication although other authors are encouraged to register and participate for the conference.

(2) The Non-Academic Regular Fee includes admittance to the main conference and all workshops and tutorials, proceedings, and coffee breaks. At least one of the authors of Conference accepted papers must register for the Conference paying the Regular Fee. According to IAPR's policy, should an author have more than one paper accepted, only one registration is required for publication although other authors are encouraged to register and participate for the conference.

(3) The Second Authors Reduced Fee includes admittance to the main conference and all workshops and tutorials, coffee breaks, welcome party, and gala dinner (it does not include proceedings). This fee is only applicable to the co-authors of a paper for which a Regular Fee has been paid.

(4) The Student Reduced Fee includes admittance to the main conference and all workshops and tutorials, proceedings, coffee breaks and welcome party (it does not include the gala dinner). Evidence of the student status must be attached when registering. This fee only applies to non-authors or second authors.

(5) The Workshops & Tutorials Fee includes admittance to all workshops and tutorials, workshop proceedings on a pen drive, and workshop coffee breaks. At least one of the authors of Workshop accepted papers must register paying the Workshops & Tutorial Fee.

 

Conference papers: each paper accepted must be covered by at least one author’s registration no later than the deadline June 28, 2013.  Each paper must be registered at REGULAR rate, whether the author is a Student or not. Should one author have multiple papers accepted, the IAPR policy holds, even though a different co-author at Second Author or Student rate is encouraged to register for each paper.
When registering a paper use the paper ID provided by CMT, e.g. 3456. Papers with no registration will be not included in the workshop program and the ICIAP2013 proceedings.


Workshop papers: each paper accepted must be covered by at least one author’s registration no later than the deadline July 2, 2013.  Each paper must be registered at WORKSHOPS and TUTORIALS rate, whether the author is a Student or not. Should one author have multiple papers accepted, a different co-author must register for each paper.
When registering a paper use the paper ID provided at the submission time, prefixed with “Name_of_the_Workshop” and an underline, e.g. ACV3_7. Papers with no registration will be not included in the workshop program and the ICIAP2013 Workshops proceedings.

(5) The Accompanying person is admitted to all coffee breaks, welcome party, and gala dinner.


Proceedings

Proceedings include contributions to the Main Conference and to all Workshops. A copy of the Proceedings of the Main Conference (available in digital form or as hard copy) is included in the Regular Fee. Main Conference registrants are asked to pre-select the preferred support for their Proceedings copy. Proceedings of the Workshops (in digital form on a pen drive) are included in the Workshops and Tutorials Fee.


Refund and Cancellation Policy

Regular Fees, Workshops & Tutorials Fees, and Additional page charges, all related to accepted papers cannot be refunded. Substitutions are always possible. In case of cancellation done before July 8, 2013, all the other Fees will be refunded after deducting the Cancellation Fee (20% of the fee) for covering administrative costs. No refund will be provided for cancellation after July 8, 2013.

 

ICIAP 2013 Graduate Student Support


ICIAP2013 provides financial support to five graduate students (up to €300 each). The allocation and amount, decided by the organizing committee, will cover part of the Main Conference regular registration fee.
To be eligible, a graduate student must be author of an accepted paper and declare that any of the (eventual) co-authors is able to participate and/or register with a Main Conference regular registration fee.
